Returns and exchange

Our goal is your complete satisfaction with your online order and products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return/exchange your product as long as it follows these conditions:

Returns:
- If the product has been used, we won’t be able to proceed with the return and refund.

- We will refund the price of the product at the time of purchase, the shipping cost is not refundable.

- The client will return the product under their responsibility and cost to our offices within 15 days of the purchase.

- The money won’t be refunded until the product has been received at our offices.

Exchanges:
- If you wish to make an exchange it will only be accepted for products of the same or greater cost, if you wish to exchange it for a product of less value we will provide you with a Roché gift card with the leftover money you spent on the initial product.

- In case of an exchange for a product of greater value, the client will have to pay the difference.

- The client will return the product under their responsibility and cost to our offices within 15 days of the purchase.
